Folashade Farri, MD, MPH — Pediatric Pulmonologist

Dr. Folashade Farri is a board-certified pediatric pulmonologist and founder of Children's Lung, Asthma & Pulmonary Specialists in Wayne, New Jersey. She cares for children with asthma, chronic cough, wheezing, exercise-related breathing symptoms, recurrent respiratory infections, pneumonia, and other airway and lung disorders. At CLAPS MD, care combines thoughtful clinical evaluation, objective respiratory testing when appropriate, clear education for families, and practical treatment plans designed to help children breathe well and participate fully in everyday life.

Dr. Farri believes that medicine extends beyond the walls of the physician's office. She is active in her church and local community, and her commitment to service extends internationally through medical missions and community health initiatives in Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa.

Her public health background has shaped a longstanding interest in health education, access to care and reducing disparities. She has participated in community-based health programs, school-health partnerships and initiatives designed to improve respiratory health beyond the traditional clinical setting.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Farri most enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She loves traveling the globe with her family, experiencing different cultures and seeing new parts of the world.
